  • If I become a member, how do the payments work?

    Payments can be made monthly or annually through our credit card processor (Stripe). You will be able to cancel your payments at any time by going to the My Account page > Billing. Or you can email us at [email protected].

  • What happens if I don't feel the membership is for me or I no longer need the membership?

  • Can I get a partial month refund?

    No. You can cancel your membership at any time and will have access to all the information for 30 days after your last payment.

  • Can I share login details with someone else?

    No. Sharing your login details is against our terms of service. You will only be able to log in from a limited number of IP addresses before being blocked from the membership platform altogether. Don't risk it.
